We’re two weeks into 2013 already (really, how did that happen?), and I know more than one person whose resolutions have fallen by the wayside. And I know others who are struggling with theirs because they are painful and not sustainable. It’s the perfect time to talk about resolutions and whether we make them or not – and why we do or don’t.

Do you believe in making New Year’s Resolutions? If not, why not? And if so, do you have any for 2013?
I’ve talked already a little bit about what I’m doing differently in the new year, although it’s not specifically because of the new year. Or for the new year. But what about you? Did you make a resolution? How is it going for you?
