This post sharing the Macy’s Culinary Council event is sponsored by Everywhere Agency on behalf of Macy’s; however, all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.
If you know anything about me, you know I love to cook (and bake). I’m mostly a self-taught cook, but I am always looking for more tips and tricks and ideas, whether it’s from some of my favorite food tv shows or getting to see some of those top chefs in action. When Michelle Bernstein comes to Chicago as part of a Macy’s Culinary Council, you know I’ll be there to check it out.
The Macy’s Culinary Council events are always free events held at Macy’s stores around the country. This one happens to take place during the gorgeous Flower Show (what a background, right?) on March 31 at 12pm at the Macy’s on State Street. Michelle Bernstein will be preparing some of her favorite award-winning dishes, and I can’t wait to see which ones. Ok, really I can’t wait to taste them because – yes – there are plenty of samples to try during the Macy’s Culinary Council event.
The event takes place at Macy’s on State Street in the Culinary Studio on the 7th floor. While it starts at noon, you want to show up a little early to make sure you get a good seat for the event. Make sure you RSVP, as well. While tickets are free, you do need to RSVP. It’s easy peasy to do so, just call 1-877-556-2297 from 10am-4pm Monday through Saturday or Sunday 12:00-4:00pm.
Even better, if you purchase $35 or more in the Home Department at Macy’s that day, you receive a $10 Macy’s gift card and a copy of Cuisine a Latina that Michelle Bernstein will sign for you after the event. That’s an event better reason to show up just a little early, right?
And yes, of course I’ll be at this Macy’s Culinary Council event. Come find me to say hi – I can’t wait!
